PACC Art Gallery welcomed Chris Fussell, his family, friends and members of the local arts community on Saturday 3 October to celebrate the opening of The Art of Noticing.
The exhibition showcases a collection spanning Chris’s artistic career, featuring expressive paintings, delicate drawings, landscapes and striking sculptures inspired by a lifetime in the Hunter Valley.
The opening was a wonderful success, with 17 artworks sold, (and quite a few more sold since the opening) reflecting the strong community appreciation for Chris’s work and the opportunity to bring a piece of the Hunter’s creative spirit into their homes.
The Art of Noticing is on display at PACC Art Gallery until Saturday 21 November, with free entry. Visitors are invited to explore the collection and discover the work of this long-time Pokolbin artist and co-founder of Crowtrap Studio.
